Returns & Refunds
We want you to ride with confidence. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to return
Email returns@akles.cc with your order number to start a return. We will reply within 24 hours with a return label and instructions.
Package the items securely in their original packaging where possible.
Drop off the package at your nearest carrier point.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned items.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a fault on our part.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for size or color. Contact us at returns@akles.cc and we will arrange a replacement once the original is on its way back.
Final sale
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Bib shorts and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Faulty items
All AKLES products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is faulty, contact support@akles.cc with your order number and photos and we will resolve it.
