Shipping Policy
We ship globally. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. Delivery times depend on your region and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping rates & delivery times
Europe: Standard 3–5 business days (€10) — Free over €200.
United Kingdom: Standard 4–6 business days (£12) — Free over £180.
United States & Canada: Express 4–7 business days ($25) — Free over $250.
Rest of World: Express 6–10 business days ($35).
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped within the EU and UK are sent DDP (delivery duty paid) — all taxes and duties are included at checkout.
Orders shipped outside the EU/UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at support@akles.cc and we will investigate with the carrier.
